Hi 2017!

Hisashiburi~! I have been so busy with work as I have just transferred to another company last July and there were just a lot going on with my life lately but I really missed livejournal so now it’s 2017, I hope I could be more active here.

I am so excited for this year. My sister is going to graduate by April or May and I was just regularized from work this January 4. I really think there are a lot of things I am looking forward to. I have been working so hard to support my sister, brother, Mama and Papa with school, bills- everything. Yeah. It is a super mecha hard responsibility but I’m relieved my sister is going to graduate from College now! I just have a lot of hopes for 2017 like paying off all my debts and saving up as well.

I have already claimed that I will go to Japan! And YES. I will work my ass off for that. I will make it happen. My plan is a week-long vacation in Japan, Spring of 2019- aside from the cherry blossoms, I am going on Spring season because my goal is to watch NEWS concert live!So please, don’t skip that year NEWS! Have your concert. LOL. Plan B is Autumn of 2019 well because it’s a beautiful season too and my friend really wants to go there in Autumn! So I hope everything works out!

[Review] Pinocchio Korean Drama Episode 15

My favorite scene in this episode is when Seo Bum Jo finally burst out in anger over In Ha's unrequitted love for Dal Po (although it is really not the case). He is trying to take this chance since Dal Po and In Ha already acknowledged that they are no longer together. But, he knows, the whole world knows he's not going to succeed, In Ha and Dal Po are destined to be together, maybe not now but we know, they belong to each other and soon, they will surely find a way to be together.

(omoooooo... I can literally hear Bum Jo's heart shattering into fvcking pieces :'( )

And of course this episode features that kissing scene which confirmed our hopes, yes, they are going to fight for their relationship now. They'll face anything head on. This may not be my fav kissing scene ( my fav is still the pedestrian kiss *rolls over the bed* ) but hey, any kissing scene of Jong Suk and Shinhye is definitely pretty to watch. They look so good together.

Just look at how lovingly Jong suk is looking at Shin Hye? Sometimes, you'd really be confused if this is real or you are just watching a drama with a very expressive actor who is able to convey such immense emotion just by his eyes...

[Review] Pinocchio Korean Drama Episode 13

This episode sent me to a puddle of tears by a short scene without anyone in the drama even crying. Here, we see Dal Po drinking on a christmas eve with his highschool friend, Ahn Chan Soo. The camera captures him putting all the crackers in his pocket. I was also kind of wondering why he was doing that. I thought it was just some adlib because he was drunk. ROFL. But shame on my guess, he picked those and put them into his pocket to give as christmas presents for his grandpa, In Ha's father and In Ha. DAAAAAAAAAMNNNNN. whoever thought of making this scene, TWO THUMBS UP. He misses them so much despite putting on the facade that he doesnt care. Dal Po badly misses In Ha and his family. *cries*

It was just so sad. Dal Po is being so hard on himself. Sometimes I wish he should just go with his feelings but he will not be the rational but vulnerable Dal Po that we all loved if he is not struggling like this, right?

[EXO COMEBACK] MONSTER

ASJFDQPRXCZGHSKL!! This comeback is indeed a wonderful gift for my birthday. Monster is a fresh concept to us, EXO-Ls. I have read the translation of the song and I was blown away.

OMG OMG OMG. From cool boys next door, EXO have become the dangerous and bad boy type and to be honest I really love it. They have achieved their second win now, first in Mcountdown, now in music bank. Slay it boys! so far, my favorite performance is the one from Music Core:

[Review] Pinocchio Korean Drama Episode 12

Here I am, writing another review of a Pinocchio episode. Despite having a swollen face due to severe toothache, I still want to write a review for the 12th episode of the drama. The story is getting better and better and becoming so emotional and more emotional, it's driving me crazy.

I was just surprised that it will come to a point that he would want to cut ties with In Ha's family. I thought they'd get thru all the struggles together. It was a really shocking turn of events.. damn emotional. I cried so hard!!!

I feel so sorry for grandpa.. the word "UNADOPT ME" fvcking broke my heart. We also see Ki Ha Myung breakdown when he said those words. It was just too sad.

On the other hand, I am so happy to learn that despite of Ha Myung asking In Ha to stay away from him, he still admits that he can be swayed and he still cares deeply about her. I was just so happy that In Ha's character is not the demanding/ clingy AF type. She is trying and doing her best to be strong- she lets him go and yet loves him from the sidelines. That is just a mature love there. She knows what needs to be done right now and this is just not all about her. Ha Myung has issues he still have to deal with. I just love their relationship here. <3

I can't wait for ep 13. I really hope they get to throw out Sung Cha Ok. She's a real bitch tbh.

[Review] Pinocchio Korean Drama Episode 9

Hi! I am back once again. I was actually on a drama marathon and has just finished She Was Pretty and Reply 1997. I am not sure if I am still going to make reviews for those two dramas but I assure you those two were a great watch.

So now, I am currently so into Pinocchio. It aired on SBS from November 12, 2014 to January 15, 2015 on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I know, I know, I am kind of late for this but no matter how cliche it is- It's better to be late than never, still holds true. I was just kind of regretful that I didnt watch it when it was on its peak. I am just on epsiode 9 but hell yeah, this is a very great drama with a great plot. The story and characters are very engaging to watch and the whole drama triggers your brain to question a lot of things! It's super nice.

Plot:
A drama depicts love, frustration, growth and the competitive process of young people in their 20s becoming reporters as they cry and get hurt by truth but realize that as reporters, they must tell the truth. It will center the story of a man who hides a special talent living under a fake name and a woman who cannot lie due to ‘Pinocchio Syndrome’.

The story starts with a fire incident and all the firemen who entered the building in the blaze were killed by the fire. The fire incident news report was focused on the story of Kim Ha Myung's father, chief of the fire brigade sent his men in the blaze and caused them all to die and then he fled the scene as an error of his misjudgement as reported by the news reporter, Song Cha Ok. This caused a chaotic situation for Ha Myung's family and end up causing his mother to commit suicide with him and his brother ends up in jail over night due to Song Cha Ok's untruth story. However, that led to Ha Myung growing up with hatred for reporters especially Cha Ok. Fatefully, as he is growing up he meets with Cha Ok's ex-husband and daughter, Choi In Ha and takes on a new identity as Choi Dal Po. In Ha is someone with Pinocchio Syndrome hence she cannot lie.

The story is about how important news reporting the truth. It revolves about how life's at stakes if lies are reported as news.

cr: Pinocchio- DramaWiki

Interesting enough right? I mean I was just so bored with all the cutesy, rom-com dramas at the moment so I wanted something deeper for a plot and characters. After searching over a list of dramas for 2014 and 2015, I decided to sit down and watch Pinocchio. Though I am not much impressed with Park Shinhye's acting ( based on the dramas I have watched her in like He's beautiful and Heartstrings), I thought she did a great job in The Heirs. While I heard a lot of great things about Lee Jongsuk and that he was able to win the Best Actor award for this drama, making him the youngest one to win it.

The first few episodes already sent me to tears. Thats how intense the story development was. I wouldnt spoil so much of what happened ( because you really need to watch this guys!! ). I'll just give a quick summary- based on the plot above, we are already aware that Dal Po and In Ha grew up having an uncle-niece relationship.. but then they fell in love ( conflict starts!!!! ) and Dal Po finds out that his older brother is still alive. He has a huge instinct telling him that his brother is taking revenge to all that did their family wrong which includes In Ha's biological mother (more conflict!!! waaaah! ). In a twist of fate, Jae Myung ( Dal Po's brother) and In Ha met. So I am stopping here.

It's a whirlwind of conflicts and emotions. We need great acting for this to be very effective and I have to give my two thumbs up for the 2 lead actors- Park Shinhye ( In Ha ) and Lee Jongsuk ( Dal Po/ Ki Ha Myung ). Their acting is way beyond my expectations. No wonder Jongsuk oppa won the best actor award for this. The way he delivers his lines were just all on point. When he cries, you cant help but be broken by it, its a cry of pain and plead.

But Park Shinhye didn't disappoint me either. She is so good in here. She exudes so much emotions whenever she is on camera. You feel her pain, her worries. You go girl!!

I think that episode 9 is the turning point of this drama. The secret has been revealed and everything is unfolding after the writers have built up the story. It all makes sense now. I was crying so hard when Dal Po begged In Ha not to associate herself from Jae Myung...

Dal Po's plead is so on point. He cant tell her and thats the only thing he can say to make her understand why he is asking him to stay away.

and when In Ha finally finds out the truth... Damn, Park Shinhye nailed the crying scene, it was just so sad!!

Now, I am very excited what the coming episodes hold for our lead characters. They all have their own troubles and they love each other, I hope they overcome everything that goes their way!!!

[Review] WGM's Goguma Couple

I had been watching WGM for years now tbh. I always thought there was no couple that could surpass Khuntoria. Khuntoria was obviously my fav couple from all the season. They were just too cute and I thought there was really a chance that they did fell in love during the show... but to my surprise.. they were surpassed.

Yes, the Goguma couple surpassed them in my heart that it took me so long to get over the last episode. Actually, I still havent moved on yet. It was because, I saw them grew fond of each other. At the first part of the marriage, we could clearly see it was only Yonghwa who seems to be so drawn to Seohyun.I really liked it that he was expressive of his feelings towards Hyun. He always tries to be the bigger person and always always always tried to understand Hyun. I can clearly see how he was disappointed that Hyun couldnt drop off the honorifics when they talk, they couldnt hold hands and he cant even feed her ( Hyun is really shy ).  The effort and love that he invested to her was just too genuine not to adore. He bought her a land for her sweet potatoes. This was just too cute and funny. Cmon! who else could ever do that than our Yong!! ( i wish someone could buy me a land to plant mango trees and watermelons. ROFL ). He never forgot all the special days- white day, 200th day, Hyun's birthday, etc. He even played push and pull just to see if Hyun misses him ( facepalm. I cant hahahahaha!). He even admitted that he made Love Light while thinking of her.He introduced her to his mom and to his childhood friends. I just think it was the turning point. It was laready great that Hyun is already close to the members of CN Blue and she gets to be introduced to his mother but to take it further by introducing her to his childhood friends is something on a different level. Yong definitely wanted Hyun to know everything about him even those people that the media doesnt know about. We slowly witnessed how Hyun opened her heart for Yong. She became more open with skinship and she was more expressive of her feelings...

and who could ever forget the scarfs? Damn, Yong is taking every #boyfriendgoals to a different level. For losing Hyun's scarf, he secretly went into a knitting class in Japan while he was promoting with CN Blue and knitted a couple scarf.

Just like the YongSeo couple, we were all shocked when they received the final mission. They repeated their first meeting hoping to relive it one last time. Damn it was so sad. and when it's time to say goodbye, Seohyun was even having a hard time to say goodbye to Yonghwa that she has to go back and hug him. It was just too real. I cant move on.

These words from Yonghwa was just too sad, hes really going to miss her.

then we get to see how Yonghwa saved up to buy the expensive pink guitar for Seohyun. <3

and when you are already on the edge of crying because Yonghwa is just so lovable... you see Seohyun crying for the very first time!! Damn it made me so emotional.

and the final scene that will haunt me forever. When Yong dropped her off her dorm- which means they will never be able to see each other again as a couple, Seohyun was really having a hard time to leave and say goodbye. TT She goes back outside and stood infront of Yong to bow again >< but I lost it all and bursted into tears when Yong said, DONT JUST BOW then hugged her. Damn. It was just too genuine. No media manipulation there. </3

It has been 6 years since we got married and I still wish they would still end up together. Both are still single and are still friends so there is still a chance. YongSeo couple fighting!!!

[Concert] Exoluxion in Seoul MENT

This is a very late post I know. I had been very busy and lazy to post any blog entries since 2 years ago? I feels so mad at my old self but now, I am trying to get back to my usual self who loved to post blogs ( definitely the reason why I made this account in the first place when I was still in Highschool!!! ).

So have I told you that aside from being a hardcore Japanese music/arts/movie fan, I also had come to love Korean music/arts/movie. I think it started around 2009 or 2010. Well, I started getting into it because of Super Junior... waahhh.. their Don't Don days seriously were so glorious. I have become a very loyal ELF. The very first concert I went to was Super Show 3 in Manila and everything is much like history. I get to be a fan of B2st, Mblaq, FT Island, B1A4, ZE:A and lately- Block B, CN Blue and Winner. But tbh, I am a self proclaimed loyal EXO-L now. Yeah. I am one of those thrown into that deep hole  and was never able to get out- Damn those kids. I had been stanning them for four years now. Yeah, I was fangirling over them since debut.

and I am a Baekhyun stan. FTW! hahahaha.

Yeah I have been ruined by this boy! bring back my heart, you thief!!!! >.<

and so I just watched their second tour- Exoluxion in Seoul. They just never fail to amaze me and make me so proud. The whole concert was pure art and intense performance. Aside from being so happy that they get to sing Don't Go and Angel ( both are my favorite songs ) I was not ready to be so emotional when they showed their MENT. Fvck all the feels of losing 3 members. All of which I was able to witness and endure. I am not kidding. When you are into a fandom, you invest your money and all your emotion. Its like family and when a family member leaves, you just cant help it, a piece of you is gone...it hurts and just heart breaking. So let me share you the Video they showed to the concert for the MENT.

That last part " EXO-L, THANK YOU AND WE LOVE YOU " fvcking sent me to a puddle of tears. I was just not so ready for it and at the same time, I wanted to hear this from them. Ahhhhh~~~ my EXO boys, Thank you and I love you too. You have done so much for me, you just don't know. The happiness you brought me is no joke. It saved me on those very bad days. I will be here till whenever. As long as you need us, your fans. 내 마음의 바닥 에서 당신을 사랑 해요!

Plans :Anime Pilgrimage

Yes! I am planning to visit Japan, hopefully around 2018-2019 ? I know, I know, its quite still quite far... its just 2016 but I am just too excited to plan about it. Excited ako e, wag kayong ano! hahahahaha.

I want to do an anime pilgrimage for my frist travel. I dont want to be greedy, so I just have decided on two animes- Kamisama Hajimemashita and My neighbor Totoro. <3 So, ayun, I diligently searched over the internet paano ko ito maisasakatuparan, and bam! I found some useful answers.

Both animes were inspired by places in the Saitama prefecture. If I am not wrong it is near Tokyo so that's better!! (dahil may mga kasama ako, ofc ayoko naman ubusin oras nila sa gusto kong gawin). Kamisama-hajimemashita is set/ inspired by places in Kawagoe, Saitama-

looks familiar ne? yes, it was exactly on the anime!

okay.. ASJFKDMEIREWLDQKDL! I am hyperventilating. Yes. this was the shrine where Tomoe and Nanami resides in the anime. Namatay na po ako. hahahaha. This is the Fujimiyagura in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture. It is in the back of Kawagoe high school, then you need to go up the stairs.

and this was the exact stair that Nanami usually takes to go back home to the shrine. now, how incredible is that? *.*

I am also excited to see Kawagoe bec of the EDO ERA feels and the city just looks amazing, tbh. (*praying I go there in the spring season para may sakuraaaaaa*)

what's more exciting is I saw someone posted a photo of a vendo machine which has kamisama hajimemashita characters in it! Lord, gusto ko pa yan makita at mahawakan. huhuhuhu.
